Please observe the following House Rules in order to maintain a safe, clean and pleasant environment for all visitors, tenants and staff within Doraly Retail Park.
These rules are established in accordance with applicable Romanian legislation, including public order, safety, sanitation and private property regulations in force in Romania.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Visitors are required to help maintain cleanliness throughout the shopping center. Waste, cigarette butts, chewing gum and other refuse must be disposed of only in the designated bins and ashtrays.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. For the safety and security of visitors, tenants and employees, the shopping center premises are monitored by CCTV surveillance systems and security personnel, in accordance with Romanian data protection and security regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Pets are allowed only if kept on a leash and under permanent supervision by their owners. Owners are fully responsible for ensuring that animals do not disturb visitors or damage property.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Bicycles, motorcycles, scooters and similar vehicles may only be parked in specially designated areas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Riding bicycles, scooters, skateboards, roller skates or similar equipment inside the shopping center or pedestrian areas is strictly prohibited.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Electric mobility devices used by persons with disabilities must be operated carefully and at pedestrian speed at all times.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Loitering, sleeping, occupying common areas without purpose, blocking storefronts, entrances, emergency exits or access routes is not permitted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Roller skating, skateboarding, hoverboarding, playing with balls, remote-controlled vehicles or any activities that may disturb visitors or create safety risks are prohibited.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Consumption of alcoholic beverages is permitted only within licensed restaurants, caf\u00e9s and food service areas authorized under Romanian law.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. The possession, use, sale or distribution of illegal substances or narcotics is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the Romanian authorities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  11. The distribution of promotional materials, commercial advertising, canvassing, fundraising, conducting surveys, street vending, unauthorized sales activities, public performances, filming, photography, audio\/video recordings, social media commercial shoots, posting notices or banners, and any similar activities are prohibited without prior written approval from Doraly Management. Management reserves the right to refuse authorization without justification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  12. Any conduct that disturbs public order, causes excessive noise, obstructs visitors, threatens safety, creates discomfort or interferes with the normal operation of the shopping center is prohibited.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  13. All visitors must comply immediately with instructions issued by Doraly Management, security personnel, emergency responders or authorized staff, especially in emergency situations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  14. Any person requested by Management or Security to leave the premises must comply immediately. Failure to comply may result in intervention by competent Romanian authorities under applicable Romanian legislation regarding trespassing, disturbance of public order and private property rights.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  15. In cases of vandalism, theft, intentional damage, misuse of facilities, contamination of premises or violations of these House Rules, access to the shopping center and parking facilities may be restricted or permanently denied. Any damages caused will be recovered from the responsible persons according to Romanian civil and criminal law. Violations may be reported to the Police or other competent authorities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  16. Doraly Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings, vehicles or other property of visitors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  17. These House Rules apply throughout all indoor and outdoor areas of Doraly Shopping Center, including parking areas, access roads and common spaces.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  18. In situations not expressly covered by these House Rules, Doraly Management and\/or Security personnel reserve the right to take appropriate decisions necessary to maintain safety, security and proper operation of the premises.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  19. Doraly Management reserves the right to amend, update or supplement these House Rules at any time, in accordance with Romanian legislation and operational requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
